gitView

A Markdown repository overview and PowerShell refresh tool for keeping a broad collection of software projects understandable.

Conceptual repository atlas with categorized cards, version-control branches and a refresh symbol.

A map of a growing project collection

gitView provides an overview of repositories by purpose, technology and project area. Its Markdown catalog connects related work across creative tools, games, data pipelines, hardware experiments and infrastructure.

The repository is an orientation layer, not the implementation of every project it lists. It helps a reader find the relevant codebase and distinguish a family of related experiments from a single application.

A refreshable documentation workflow

  • A categorized repository overview in a readable text format.
  • Technology and purpose summaries for individual entries.
  • A PowerShell updater connected to the Forgejo REST API.
  • Use of authorized local credential management rather than embedding credentials in the overview.

A snapshot, not an infallible source

Repository counts and brief descriptions in an overview can age as individual projects develop. The current authenticated inventory and each project's own documentation remain the better sources for precise implementation details.

This public description intentionally does not reproduce the private repository registry or its operational settings. The featured artwork represents the idea of a project atlas and is not a screenshot of an authenticated account.

Project notes

This overview was prepared from a private project repository reviewed on October 29, 2026. Source access remains private; credentials, internal endpoints and confidential implementation details are not included.
