Grow a workshop at your own pace
Idle Maker starts with one garage and builds a progression loop around making and selling small objects. The documented game includes five stations, twenty designs, five makers and community orders, with an English interface.
Hiring makers automates production, while upgrades alter value, speed and batch size. Orders reward blueprint points that support lasting design mastery, and a reputation system provides a new-run progression layer.
A game with persistent progress
- Station recipes and milestone upgrades.
- Maker-assisted production and bounded offline progress.
- Community orders without deadlines.
- Persistent design discovery, mastery and achievements.
- A responsive garage scene and separate HTML interface.
Simulation and presentation are separate
A shared deterministic TypeScript model defines production and actions independently of Phaser. Express and SQLite store confirmed progress, while the client projects it for responsive play.
The documentation describes exact-value accounting, command retry handling and isolated tests for persistence and concurrent actions. Future districts are explicitly expansions rather than completed content. The featured scene is original conceptual artwork, not the game's actual sprite atlas or a real workshop photograph.
